Error description

• v3.9-FP3(applicable for previous Fixpacks too) - platform
  independent.
  
  While discovering Netscreen Devices only IfAdminStatus is
  populated in device structure browser and IfOperStatus is not
  merged into final topology for the associated Interfaces, even
  though the data exist at agent level(NetScreenInterface).

Problem conclusion

• NetScreenInterface agent is modified to retrieve ifOperStatus
  from IF MIB, and update it to respective Interface.
