Problem conclusion

  • Problem: Due to the present of both logical unit identifier and
channel in the interface name. e.g. ethernet0/1.1:1 when
    deciding the upward connection.

Conclusion: Enhance the decision logic for upward connection to
have single LowerNeighbours instead of 2 LowerNeighbours.
