Error description

• Thread A has an OQL store lock required for Thread B to
  complete and is waiting for a SQL select statement to complete.
  Thread B has an uncommitted SQL Tranaction, and has the SQL
  lock required for Thread A to complete it's SQL select, but
  needs the OQL store lock to complete its transaction.

• Restart the model process
