Error description

• ncpolldata.knp_poll_data_collection.POLLTIME in informix
  NCIM always
  shows NULL while accessed by ncp_oql service ncim interface

Problem conclusion

• Missing case for SQL type SQL_CHAR results in incorrect parsing
  of SQL results when using ncp_oql to query
  ncpolldata.knp_poll_data_collection : poll_time. Corrected by
  default through DATABASE LOCKING IN ITNM POLLER (APAR=IV26410)
