APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If the ncp_disco process is stopped while a discovery is
  running, the value of the phase in which it was stopped will
  show a negative value until the discovery is restarted and runs
  until completion
  

Local fix

• Run a full discovery without interruption
