Error description

• v3.9-FP1 -platform independent.
  Mysql being NCIM db with multi-domain.
  
  When more than one instance of ncp_model process is writing
  to NCIM at same time the deadlocks are observed resulting
  inaccurate data in ncim.
  
  In ncp_model.DOMAIN.log you would see following:
