• Closed as program error.

Error description

• SQL result set is is passed around, keeping the references for
  longer and preventing the Garbage Collector to clean up the
  memory. This results in memory growth, eventually leading to Out
  Of Memory Error.
  

Local fix

• Restart TIP before memory usage peaks
