Error description

• The MPLSTE stitchers have some scaling issues.
  The CreateMPLSTEPipeHop.stch file is taking too long to process.
  This stitcher creates the component pipe hops within an
  MPLS TE tunnel. Due to the large number of tunnels at some
  customers and the number of hops combined with a lack of
  optimization leads to long periods before completion.
