Error description
The IBM Spectrum Protect HSM for Windows recall service (hsmservice.exe) crashes if a stub file is recalled by different users or applications at the same time. The first recall request is processed and the second recall request is correctly canceled by the driver, but the hsmservice does not handle the cancelation correctly and crashes.
Local fix
Restart the hsmservice.exe.

Problem conclusion
