IJ18943: SCHEDULING ALTERNATE RESOURCES APPLICATION CAN ONLY EXPORT 1 RECORD.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The Scheduling Alternate Resources application has an
  Application Export function that is used to export the Modify
  Alternate Availability lines.   Presently there is a problem
  with it, it can only Export 1 record.    There is an Export
  limit field on the Application Export dialog but it sets itself
  to 1 and will not allow the user to change it.
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Create a Schedule for work orders that use more than
  one craft.   In Maxdemo you can use the 6000 series of work
  orders.
  2. On the Schedule go to More Information tab and check the "Use
  Alternate Availability?" check-box.
  3. Save.
  4. Go to the Alternate Resources application on the
  Administration - Scheduler Administration menu.
  5. Use the Select Value on the Schedule Name field to select
  the Schedule created above.
  6. Click on the Modify button to populate the Modify Alternate
  Availability table.
  7. If there are at least 2 rows you have enough to do the test.
    If there are not at least 2, more can be added using the Add
  New Alternate Availability button on any of the existing rows.
  8. Click on Application Export on the Common Actions menu.
  9. The Application Export dialog opens.  Choose the only
  available choice for Object Structure: which is BBA_SKDPROJECT1
  RESULTS:
  The Export limit: field populates with a 1 and cannot be
  changed.   When you click OK you will see that only 1 record
  gets exported no matter how many rows are there.     It appears
  to be the first row in the SKDOVERRIDEAVAIL table which may or
  not be a row for the Schedule you selected.
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  To be able to export more than one row.    And those rows
  should be for the Schedule you selected.
  REPORTED IN VERSION:
  Maximo 7.6.1.0
  Reproduced in 7.6.1.1
  This dialog is not present in 7.6.1.2.
  

Local fix

• Using the Download button on the right side of the Modify
  Alternate Availability table header row will export all of the
  rows.
