IJ18024: HYPERLINK FROM A FIELD REDIRECTING TO THE MAXIMO SERVER

Error description

• When a hyperlink (https://www.ibm.com) controller is added to
  an application, the URL is redirected to the Maximo server,
  causing an error 404. The link displayed in the browser will
  look like:
  http://<maximo_server>/maximo/servlet/secureprovide
  r?file=yzK6o7SR1akEMXaPTRWxLEXHfepE-2qh9gSjMRgTwtONF54OcjRI-Q==&
  uisessionid=22&csrftoken=u71nlitv18ts2ggmpu3n9if0mb
  
  Instead https://www.ibm.com should be resolved
  This is only happening when mxe.doclink.securedAttachment=true
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE
  Prerequisites steps:
  1. Property mxe.doclink.securedAttachment=true
  
  Actual steps:
  1. Go to System Configuration-Platform
  Configuration-Application Designer
  2. Bring up the PR application and export the XML
  3. Edit the XML
  4. Replace the sectioncol "prlines_grid2_c2" with

  5. Reimport the XML
  6. Go to System Configuration-Platform Configuration-Database
  Configuration
  7. Bring up the PRLINE object.
  8. Add the ?BWC_INVVENDORALL relationship
          Child object: INVVENDOR
          Where Clause: itemnum=:itemnum and (siteid=:siteid or
  siteid is null)
  7. Go to Inventory-Item masters
  8. Open Item: 11R22.5GS-8
  9. Click the Vendors tab,
  10.Add a new row
          Select any vendor
          In the Catalog Web Page field write https://www.ibm.com
  11.Save
  12. Go to Purchasing-Purchase Requisition
  13. Create a PR line
  14. Add item 11R22.5GS-8
  15. Click the IBM link from the table we added.
  
  
  RESULT
  Error code: 404 is displayed with the url having this form:
  http://<maximo_server>/maximo/servlet/secureprovide
