IJ16454: ERROR WHEN DEFINING AN OFFLINE MAP IN MAP MANAGER APPLICATION

Error description

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Error when creating an offline map or change boundaries for an
  existing one in Map Manager application
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1) Navigate to Map Manager application in Maximo
  2) Create or open existing map manager record for a mobile map,
  which uses ESRI as a map provider.
  3) Expand a site detail under the Sites section
  4) Click new row in the offline Map Area section
  5) Click "Define Offline Map" button.  A "Select Location"
  window will load
  6) Click OK
  
  RESULTS: The error message pops up: "BMXAA7094E - The entered
  value X.00000000 is not valid"  where X refers to the last
  selected zoom level in the select Location window
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS: the Select Location window closes and the
  Extent field get populated in the offline map area
