IJ16083: CANNOT CLICK ON THE TEXT OF THE APPLICATION NAMES IF WEBCLIENT.WRAPREADONLYCOLUMNS IS SET TO FALSE

Error description

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When system property webclient.wrapreadonlycolumns is set to
  false, then in the security application, on the applications
  tab, you can't click on the text of the application names and
  have the table selection details change.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  Open Maximo as maxadmin
  In System Properties, change property
  webclient.wrapreadonlycolumns to false.
  Live Refresh.
  Open the Security Groups application and open the EVERYONE
  group.
  Open the Applications tab and click through the different
  application by clicking on the text.
  You will see that the row selected does not change.
  Clicking on the row, but not on the text, does change the row
  selection.
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  you can't click on the text of the application names and have
  the table selection details change.
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  you can click on the text of the application names and have the
  table selection details change.
