Error description

  • In Graphical Assignment (GA) making one assignment does not
refresh the list but making multiple at one time does refresh
    the list.

When it refreshes the list on the Work View tab the Resources
column changes from showing the Craft required to the Labor
    that was assigned.

When you make a single assignment it does not show who is
assigned to the assignment until you click on Refresh Work List.

Both should work the same way. It would be good if the
Resource column for the rows in question would be the only ones
updated instead of having to wait while the whole screen
repaints. But having the whole screen repaint might be better
    than not seeing the information.

    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. Create a new Work List with serveral WO, each with 1 or 2
Planned Labor rows. Each WO needs a Duration greater than 0.
    2. Give it Calendar DAY, Shift DAY (extend DAY if needed and
    apply the Shift to it)
    3. Click on the Work View tab.
    4. Arrange the columns in the left section so that you can see
    the Resources column.
    5. Before you make an assignment, the Resources section has the
    Craft name in it.
    6. Right click on one of the orange assignment bars and select
    Available Labor.
    7. On the Available Labor dialog select a Labor and click OK.
    8. You will see that the orange bar turns green and the Status
changes to ASSIGNED but the Resources column does not change.
    9. You can force it to change by clicking on Refresh Work List.
Then the Craft name in the column changes to that of the
    Labor assigned to it.
    10. Click on the checkboxes in the far left and select 2 or
more rows that have the same Craft.
    11. Right click on one of the orange bars you selected and
    select Available Labor.
    12. On the Available Labor dialog select a Labor and click OK.
    13. Now the entire screen repaints, when it is done you will
see that the orange bars have turned green and the Status
changes to ASSIGNED and the Resources column is now populated
    with the Labor name.

    RESULTS:
    As shown above.

    EXPECTED RESULTS:
For both methods of assignment to work the same way. Both
should write the Labor name into the Resources column without
having to click on Refresh the Work List.
