Error description

• Problem description:
  Depending on the Maximo database size, the performance issue may
  occur even while updating just one Budget line.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1. Go to Budget Monitoring application.
  
  2. Create a new Budget record, as for example:
  Financial Period: any valid Financial Period
  Supervisor: any valid Supervisor
  Sequence: 1
  Focal Point: SEGMENT 1
  Condition: active = :yes AND glorder = 0 and compvalue = 'XXXX'
  
  3. Save the record.
  
  4. From More Actions menu, select Generate Budget Lines action.
  
  5. From Generate Budget Lines dialog, click OK.
  
  6. Enter the desired Budget Amounts.
  
  7. Save the record and change its Status to APPR.
  
  8. From More Actions menu, select Update Budget Lines action.
  
  9. From Update Budget Lines dialog, click OK.
  
  RESULTS:
  It takes a long time for the system to complete the Budget
  Lines update.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  Better performance.
