IJ15479: INVENTORY LEAD TIME IS NOT CALCULATING CORRECTLY

Error description

• When the Storeroom has the Recent Lead Time Weight in % field
  has an amount, you reorder a FIFO Item the Lead Time in the
  Inventory application is not being calculating correctly.
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  Go To > Inventory > Storerooms
  Select Storeroom: PKG
  On the field Recent Lead Time Weight in %: 30 - added this to
  the storeroom
  Save
  Go To > Inventory > Item Master
  Created Item: TESTITEMDF
  More Actions > Add Items To Storeroom
  Storeroom: PKG
  Issue Cost Type: FIFO
  Unit Cost: 10.00
  Issue Unit: EACH
  Order Unit: EACH
  Change Status: Active
  Go To Inventory > Inventory

  Click Reorder Tab
