Error description

• PROBLEM:
  In Graphical View all movements over a Work Order with a
  Children cause a double over the duration of the parent record
  PRE CONDITIONS:
  Create one Work Order with a Children same duration for both
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  Go to Graphical Scheduling or Graphical Scheduler - Large
  Projects
  Setup the Calendar, Shift, Work Query to Bring the Work Order
  of Pre Condition section
  Open the Graphical View and Drag and drop any work order to a
  different hour
  Look the Duration column at the Graphical View
  PROBLEM:
  The parent duration get double when that happen
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  The Duration should get align with the Start and End Schedule
  of the record
