Error description

• In the Graphical Assignment application the data source in the
  restrict resource availability section is not being filtered on
  when using the manage assignments feature.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  First identify a work order and make note of the craft on the
  listed on the plans tab.
  
  1. Create a new Graphical Assignment record and add a calendar
  and shift as needed.
  
  2. Add a work query and reference the work order from earlier.
  
  3. In the restrict resource availability section add a data
  source of labor and a condition. Here we want to make sure to
  add a value that is not represented on the work order. For
  instance add a craft here that is different than the one listed
  on the plans tab of work order. Save.
  
  4. On the work view tab right click on the description of the
  parent work order and select Manage Assignments, notice that
  the value from the restrict resource availability section is
  not present therefore not be filtered on as well.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  
  That the value from the restrict resource availability section
  would be included and filtered on.

  Maximo 7.6.1 with Scheduler 7.6.7.1
