Local fix

Problem summary

  • - The URLs are out of date in web samples.
    - Quick filters added from a column heading on an aggregated
view can sometimes have an incorrect value.
    - Quick filters added to an aggregated date attribute sometimes
    have the wrong format.
    - When creating a new URI Map definition using "New From",
UnhandledEventLoopExceptions occur in the CICS Explorer error
    log.
    - The Application Definition wizard doesn't mark the name field
    as mandatory.
    - Deleted views are erroneously recreated when CICS Explorer is
    restarted.
    - Quick filters show the '==' operator rather than the '='
    operator.
    - It is not possible to reset CICS region statistics or to
    collect individual component statistics.
    - In a resource view that is aggregated, summarised rows are not
able to have quick filters applied.
