Error description

  • Problem Description
    When a work order has been assigned to a labor record, the
    optimisation service assigns another work order over the top.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1) Go to Work Order Tracking application and create a few work
    orders.
    Enter a duration of a few hours for each work order.
    
    2) Go to Labor application and confirm that there are labor
    available to do the work for the work orders created step 1
    above.
    
    3) Go to Graphical Assignment application and create a new work
    list.
    
    4) Enter a calendar and shift.
    
    5) Enter a work query to bring up those work orders created in
    step 1 above
    
    6) Go to Dispatch tab and select "Create Labor Assignment"
    Scenario
    
    7) Run the optimiser
    
    RESULTS:  Optimiser assigns a new work order on the already
    assigned work order.
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS: Optimiser should not ignore an existing  work
    order commitments for labor
