IJ13970: IN SCHEDULER WO THAT START BEFORE THE SCHEDULE AND END AFTER ARE NOT INCLUDED WHEN USING RESTRICT WORK TO DATES

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In Scheduler if you have a WO that has a Scheduled Start before
  the start of your Schedule (or Work List) and a Scheduled
  Finish after the end of your Schedule (or Work List) it is not
  included on the schedule when using the Restrict Work To Dates
  checkbox.   It should be included.
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Create a new WO with Duration of 10.
  2. Give it a Scheduled Start on the first of next Month and a
  Scheduled Finish of the end of next month.
  3. Save.
  4. Go to Graphical Scheduling.
  5. Create a new Schedule.
  6. Check the Restrict Work To Dates checkbox.
  7. Set the Start Date to the 10th of next month and the End to
  the 20th of next month.
  8. Create a Work Query to select the new WO created above.
  9. Click on Save.
  
  RESULTS:
  You get System Message:  BMXAA9352I - There are no work records
  for TEST01 restrict test.
  and there are no WO on the Graphical View tab.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  This WO should be included on this Schedule as it is being
  worked when the Schedule is active.
  
  VERSION:
  Reported on 7.6.1.0 and reproduced with latest IFix and also on
  7.6.1.1.
