Error description

  • When the Maximo Server is located in one Time Zone e.g.
    America/Toronto (-5), but the
logged in user has another Time Zone referenced e.g.
    Americas/Halifax (-4),
if an assignment is dragged to a Labor resource with a Shift
defined to start at 7:00 am,
the assignment turns yellow because it thinks it's non-working
    time.
If the same assignment is moved out by 2 hours (8:00 am) then it
    turns green.

NOTE the CARP block is orange
Click on the CARP block and drag down to Labor=FINLEY thereby
    assigning it
RESULT: The CARP block turns YELLOW. This is INCORRECT.
Holding down the ALT key Left-click on the CARP block
In the resulting Info box Under Validations it states 'This work
is scheduled during non work time'
    This is INCORRECT.
The application is not considering the Time Zone set for the
    Labor FINLEY

Grab the CARP block again and drag it to time 9:00 AM
RESULT: Now the block turns GREEN

EXPECTED RESULTS: When the CARP block is ORANGE and it is
    dragged down to Labor=FINELY
The CARP block should turn GREEN
