Error description
PROBLEM: Date picker has issues on a SSO enabled environment in Maximo 7.6.0.9 The datetime picker works fine for a non-SSO environment whereas for a SSO environment, it appears as undefined and the lookup does not appear. The ear deployed on both SSO environments and non-SSO environments are the same (except the web xml changes for LDAP authentication). The non-SSO environment is where application security is disabled and SSO is where authentication happens through Oracle Access Manager (LDAP enabled). The datetime lookup is not working for any application and any window (dialogs also). (1) On the same environment when SSO is disabled, the date picker works fine. (2) The issue shown is for DateTime picker. When the locale is set to en_AU, the date picker does not work at all. When locale is set to en_US both DateTime picker and Date picker works (3) All servers and DB are in the same time zone. This works well on Maximo 7.5 on the same infrastructure. STEPS TO REPLICATE: 1, Go to Work Order application, on the List tab, click a DateTime field look up, the issue occurs. 2. This issue occurs to all the Maximo applications. EXPECTED RESULTS: Datetime field lookup should work in both SSO enabled environment and non-SSO enabled environment. REPORTED IN VERSION: Maximo 7.6.0.9 LOCAL FIX: none
