IJ13184: INVALID BINDING ON AVAILABLE LABOR DIALOG ON GRAPHICAL ASSIGNMENT

Error description

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Invalid binding on Available Labor Dialog on Graphical
  Assignment.  This issue happens only when you have a Work Order
  and the Task has the Include in Schedule box unticked and that
  task has Labor against it you get the error.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1) Go to Graphical Assignment > Work View;
  2) Right click then choose Manage Assignments;
  3) If there is labor assigned then delete on the RHS and
  choose Available Labor;
  4) You will see "Invalid bindings" across the screen.
  Note- This issue happens only when you have a Work Order and
  the Task has the Include in Schedule box unticked and that task
  has Labor against it you get the error. It only occurs then, if
  labour is against the Work Order or against a task has Include
  in Schedule ticked and it has labor then no issue occurs.
  
  RESULTS: Invalid binding message.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS: There is no labor so this should not be
  possible.
