• Problem Description
  The ESRI token method fails to authenticate in
  com.ibm.tivoli.maximo.map.SpatialTravelTimeMatrix
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1) Go to Graphical Assignment application
  2) Bring up any existing schedule
  3) Select "Populate Destination Travel Time Matrix" action
  4) Get error: "BMXAT0801E - Destination Travel Time Matrix
  populating failed for Project XXXX. Either no record was saved,
  or a record was partially saved. Check the log for details"
  
  
  RESULTS: Console log shows "invalid token"
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:  Distance Matrix generation should work
  without any error
