Error description

  • In Graphical Assignment (GA) when you select more than one
Labor to do a Mass Modify of their availability you cannot
change the Work Dates for the Mass Modify section.
The Work Dates do not refresh when you change the Display From
and the Display To dates in the dialog. In previous versions
you could use backspace or delete in Display From and Display
To fields to clear the fields, but in 7.6.1.0 and above you have
to use the Select Date button to change the fields.
Once you change the Display From/To fields the Work Dates table
never updates to reflect your changes the way it does if you
had selected only one labor to modify. It works correctly
when only one labor has been selected and doesn't work when
    more than one is selected.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Go to Graphical Assignment (GA) and create a new Work List.
    2. Make sure the Calendar has had its End Date extended and has
shifts applied throughout the time period of the Work List from
    Start to End date.
    3. Make a work query that selects several work orders that have
    planned labor on them.
    4. Save.
    5. Click on the Assignment View tab.
    6. Select multiple labor records, right click and
    choose Modify Person Availability.
    7. Try to use the backspace in the Display From/To date fields
and you cannot. It does not work. Over-typing does not
    work there either.
    8. Use the Select Date look-up in the Display To and then
Display From fields to change the dates to the next week after
    what is displayed.
    RESULTS:
Notice that the Work Dates table NEVER updates with new dates
so you can't modify availability for those new dates.
    EXPECTED RESULTS:
The Work Dates in the table should update to the range of dates
you selected as it does when only one Labor is selected.
    VERSION:
    Reproduced on 7.6.0.8, 7.6.0.9, 7.6.1.0 and on 7.6.1.1
