  • Problem Description
    No route shows for work order with an GIS asset attached after
    applying street level routes action in Graphical Assignment
    application
    
    
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. Go to Assets application
    Find an asset with feature class field populated
    Go to the "Map" tab, the asset marker shows up on the map
    2. Go to the Work Order Tracking application
    Create a new work order
    Attach the asset which has been linked to the GIS (from step 1
    above)
    Go to the "Assignment" tab and enter a craft
    Do not enter any service address on the "Service Address" tab
    Go to the "Map" tab, work order marker shows up fine on the map
    3. Go to the "Graphical Assignment" application
    Populate all the required fields
    Enter a work query to bring in the work order (from step 2
    above)
    4. Go to the "More information" tab
    Populate the "Start Location" and "End Location" fields
    NOTE: Ensure the location have service address populated on the
    "Service Address" tab in Locations application
    5. Go to the "Graphical Assignment" tab
    Drag the work order bar down to assign the work to a labor
    6. Click  Apply street level routes  action
    A system message pops up  BMXAT0491E - A street level route
    currently exists. Do you want to replace the existing route?
    Click the 'Yes' button
    
    
    
    RESULTS:  Unable to display route
