    Configuration > Platform Configuration > Database
    Configuration > More Action > Messages
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    Step 1 : Login into Maximo with the given credentials
    Step 2 : System Configuration > Platform Configuration >
    Database Configuration > More Action > Messages
    Step 3 : Edit the value of the 'welcomemaximomessage' message
    RESULTS:
     Login page text does not change
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS:
    Login page text changes
