IJ11404: CANNOT PUBLISH AND CHANGE STATUS OF THE SCHEDULE AT THE SAME TIME

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• User is not able to change status and publish a schedule at the
  same time using the Change Status dialog.
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1. In Graphical Scheduling, create a schedule, and associate it
  with a PM (with query in Work Queries section).
  
  2. The schedule is currently in DRAFT status. Now taking action
  of "Change Status", choose new status of "Approved", and tick
  the "Publish?" checkbox, input a snapshot name.
  
  3. Click on "OK" and "Yes" to the question of "Are you sure
  want to commit changes?".
  
  4. Error "BMXAA4129E - The record for Key Name=TEST2 already
  exists. This validation error is thrown when an attempt is made
  to insert a new record with a unique key value that already
  exists in the database. Ensure that the key value for the given
  record is unique. More information" is shown up.
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  
  There shouldn't be Error message of BMXAA4129E, it should have
  worked straight away.
