    Reschedule/Unassign Assignments action does not work in List Tab
    
    Problem details:
    =================
    Reschedule/Unassign Assignments action does not work in List Tab
    for a Workorder in INPRG status.
    The same action works from 'More Action' menu in the actual
    Workorder.

    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    ===================
    Prerequisites:
    
    User must be on List Tab
    Work Order 1195 in INPRG status and "Start No Earlier Than" or
    "Finish No Later Than" fields set
    
    1. Go to Work Orders - Work Order Tracking
    2. Filter for 1195
    3. More Actions - Reschedule/Unassign Assignments
    4. Click OK
    5. Set a date later than the one from "Finish No Later Than"
    6. Click OK
    
    Expected result: "Scheduled Start Date" should have changed
    Actual result: "Scheduled Start Date" is empty
    
    Following steps are working:
    
    1. Go to Work Orders - Work Order Tracking
    2. Open 1195
    3. More Actions - Reschedule/Unassign Assignments
    4. Click OK
    5. Set a date later than the one from "Finish No Later Than"
    6. Click OK
    7. Check "Scheduled Start Date" field
    
    The new date is set
