IJ11083: ACTIVATING ANYWHERE GPS TRACKING CAUSES A BMXAT0850E ERROR IN THE MAXIMO LABOR APPLICATION

Error description

• In Labor application, for labor record who has GIS information,
  the map doesn't load properly. For very first time, there is
  error shown "BMXAT0850E - Error during Map Control Creation.
  Check Toolbar Items syntax in Map Control properties in
  Application Designer", thereafter the Map tab is just showing
  blank page.
  
  For labor record that doesn't have GIS information, the map
  shows properly.
  
  It is also found that using left/right arrow to navigate from a
  labor record (without GIS) whose map is properly shown, to a
  record with GIS, the record with GIS is now able to show. And
  if using left/right arrow to navigate  from a labor record
  (with GIS) whose map is showing blank to a record (without
  GIS), the record without GIS continues showing blank.
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1. Create location data for a labor record, by either through
  enabling GPS tracking in Anywhere, or using SQL command such
  as:
  
  Insert into LBSLOCATION

  2. In Labor application, go to the labor record that has the
  location data created, and go to Map tab => map doesn't show.
  
  
  RESULTS:
  
  For labor record who has GIS information, the map in Labor
  application doesn't load properly. For very first time, there
  is error "BMXAT0850E - Error during Map Control Creation. Check
  Toolbar Items syntax in Map Control properties in Application
  Designer" shown, thereafter the Map tab is just showing blank
  page.
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  
  The map for labor record with GIS information should display
  properly.
