• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
  The map display distorts in Maximo Spatial Map sooner than
  it does in ESRI
  
  REPRODUCTION STEPS
  1.  Go to- > Assets -> search T2000 for example
      Map TAB
      Aim to zoom in for example in Canada, Calgary, Princess
  Island Park
      For example zoom to 10m
  
  2.  Map Manager -> Map Services for Water Networks
      Retrieve the URL for Map Services
  
  3.  Use Esri URL and select ArcGIS Online Map Viewer
      Aim to zoom in for example in Canada, Calgary, Princess
  Island Park
      For example zoom to 10m
  
  RESULTS
  The Maximo Asset map gets no further than 0 to 20 availabe in
  map with clear display
  The ARCGis allows 0 to 10 m before there is distortion
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS
  The Map display in Maximo should be able to zoom to the same
  level of quality as ESRI.
