  - Base Language: German with additional languages Arabic,

  - Login as maxadmin, eg. English or Japanese
  - Goto -> Quick Configuration -> Data Loading (tab) -> ...
  - Click Load Data (button). Observe pop-up ...
  - Click 'Choose File' (button)
       - Observe: 'Choose File' (button) format changes (Cannot
  see all text in "Choose a File"... First few characters are cut
  off.)
       - Observe: file select pop-up appears
  - Click Cancel in file select pop-up  (don't need actual file to
  observe this button format defect)
       - Observe: Still see 'Choose File' (button) format
  incorrect (Cannot see all text in "Choose a File"... First few
  characters are cut off.)
  - PROBLEM(s):  Quick Configuration Data Loading Load Data Choose
  File button format incorrect (Cannot see all text in "Choose a
  File")
       - NOTE: Why do I have to scroll left and right to see all
  text in this pop-up?... Are there overall issues with format for
  this pop-up?...
            - I should not have to scroll.
       - Note: Button text missing Problem appears for
  Left-to-Right Languages (eg. English, Japanese).
       - Note: Right-To-Left language (eg. Arabic) does not appear
  to have same button text problem. (But, RTL has other problem -
  I will open separate defect.)
  - EXPECTED:  Must be able to see all text in any Button

  This problem is coming from a jsp file, uploadfile.jsp which is
  controlled by TPAE team.
