IJ10540: OPTIONS FROM RIGHT-CLICK MENU IN GRAPHICAL SCHEDULING ARE NOT SELECTABLE IF THEY ARE OVER THE RESOURCES SECTION

Error description

• STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  - Go to Graphical Scheduling application
  - Open a Schedule record
  - Go to Graphical Scheduling tab
  - In the top Calendar section/pane, move one of the tasks for
  one WO to a different day and save the Schedule record.
  - Right-click on any of the Work Order records in the top
  section.
  - The right-click menu displays with a number of options.
  - When you hover up and down with cursor over the menu's
  options, the options above the top section becomes highlighted
  (with the leftwards arrow next to it showing in black) whereas
  the options 'above' the Resources section further below do not
  get highlighted (and the leftwards arrow next to it remains
  grey). You are therefore unable to select these options as a
  result.
  - It takes a few attempts to open the right-click menu for all
  options to become available for selection once again.
  The problem occurs again if you move one of the tasks for one
  WO to a different day and save the Schedule record.
