IJ10524: GRAPHICAL ASSIGNMENT TOOL TIPS HAVE CONFLICTS WITH DESCRIPTIONS WITH APOSTROPHES IN THEM SUCH AS "TOM'S".

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The default tool tips in Graphical Assignment (GA) work
  correctly when there are apostrophes in the work order or task
  descriptions.
  But if you change the tool tip using the System Properties
  application, they no longer work on the Work View tab, the
  Assignment View tab is fine, just the Work View has problems
  with it.
  The steps to reproduce show one example.
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Create a new WO with a Duration of 5 and a Description with
  an apostrophe in it such as:
  "Tom's test WO"
  2. On the Plans tab create a new Task with Duration of 5 and a
  Description with an apostrophe in it such as:
  "Tom's test Task"
  3. Give it a Planned Labor of any Craft. Save.
  4. Go to the System Properties application.
  5. Click on New Row:
  - Property Name: skd.gantt.ASSIGNMENT.tip.tpl
  - Description: GA Tool tip for testing
  - Global Value: {WONUM} {TASKID} | {name}
  6. Click on New Row again:
  - Property Name: skd.gantt.ASSIGNMENT.tpl
  - Description: GA Tool tip for testing again
  - Global Value: {WONUM} {TASKID} | {name}
  7. Save.
  8. Live Refresh the 2 new properties added above.
  9. Go to GA and create a new Work List.
  10. Use the DAY Calendar and DAY Shift. Extend the Calendar's
  End Date and Apply Shifts if needed.
  11. Make a Work Query to select the new WO.
  12. Click on the Assignment View tab and you will see in the
  assignment bar the Wonum, the Taskid and the Description
  including the Apostrophe.
  13. Click on the Work View tab and you will see that the
  assignment bar now takes 3 rows:
  - the line above bar has a row of text starting with: '
  style='margin-left:419px;width:34px;margin-top.....
  - In the bar you see only the WONUM and taskid, no description
  - line below bar says "undefined"
  
  ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  That it does not show the Description in the bar correctly and
  shows those other 2 rows with text in them.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  To show it correctly as it does on the Assignment View tab.
  
  Reproduced on 7.6.0.9 with the current IFix and on 7.6.0.1 with
  latest IFix.
