  Resources Load and Availability on Graphical Scheduling doesn't
  display full number of labor hour for Job Plans
  
  
  Problem details:
  =================
  While creating a PM schedule record in Graphical Scheduling
  Application, you can go to the Work View, and scroll down to
  the Resources Chart to see that the required resources is not
  considering the number of labors in the Job Plan,
  For example a Job Plan requiring work for 2 labors (Quantity 2)
  with 18 hours each, however, in the Gantt View you can see
  that it shows that what is required in only 18 hours, where it
  should be 36 hours (18 * 2),

  Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Planning - Job Plans
  
  2. NEW JP TEST
  
   Template Type: Maintenance
   Add 4 JP Tasks with Duration
   In the Labor sub tab, add a Craft CARP with Quantity 2 and
   Hours 18
  
  3. Change status to Active
  
  4. Go to Preventive Maintenance
  
  5. New PM TEST
   Add JP TEST
   Work type: PM
  
  6. Approve PM
  
  7. More Actions Generate Forecast for 7 days
  
  8. Go to Graphical Scheduling
  
  9. New Schedule TEST
   Calendar DAY
   Shift DAY
  
  10. Add query pnmum='TEST'
  
  11. Check the Gantt View
  
  
  Result: In Resources Load and Availability area, the graphical
  representation for labor shows 18 hours
  
  Expected Result: Value should be 36 (18*2)
