• PROBLEM:
  ICD 761 Mock: Incorrect icon for "Previous Page" list navigation
  for RTL languages (eg. Arabic). Old green arrow should be new
  blue arrow.
  This defect is opened for ICD defect 111813

  Launchpad  (Mock. launchpad_761adv_mock_part1.tar)
       - Base Language = German. Additional Language = AR, JA, EN.
  
  - Login to ICD (Mock) as maxadmin in a Right-To-Left language,
  eg. Arabic.
  - In many/all applications that can have a list of items in a
  section...
  - For example, Goto -> Change -> Changes...
  - Create at least 21 items, eg. Changes. (Need at least 21 items
  to enable both navigation icons for large list...)
  - View (long) list of items, eg. Changes (or any long list of
  other items in any other applications)
  - Navigate to second page of list of items (eg. Changes), via
  "Next Page" icon (blue arrow)
       - Observe: Correct icon for "Next Page" list navigation
  (new blue arrow, consistent with new maximo 761 skin.)
       - Observe: Incorrect icon for "Previous Page" list
  navigation for RTL languages (eg. Arabic). Old green arrow
  should be new blue arrow.
  - PROBLEM: Incorrect icon for "Previous Page" list navigation
  for RTL languages (eg. Arabic). Old green arrow should be new
  blue arrow.
       - NOTE: Many/All applications have this same problem (old
  green arrow). Both Maximo/TPAE and ICD applications.
            - Eg. Security Groups -> maxadmin group ->
  Applications tab -> List of applications (list navigation
  displays old green arrow for "Previous Page"), etc
  - EXPECTED: ALL applications should display correct icon (new
  blue arrow) for "Previous Page" list navigation for ALL
  languages, including RTL languages
