• Problem Description:
  Error "ORA-01000 maximum cursors opened" while mass updating
  (activating the GLComponents) GL Component records.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1) Set the cursor limit to 100.
  2) Export approximately 1000 GL Components that are active.
  3) In the exported file, mark then as inactive
  4) Using MIF, import 1000 GL Components
  
  RESULTS: ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded
