  Skill Level description issue in Crafts application
  
  PROBLEM DETAILS
  =================
  During creation of a new craft in Crafts application and adding
  a skill level to this craft, the description of the Skill Level
  isn't filled correctly.
  If you enter a skill level by typing the value in the skill
  level field, then description is copied from craft, but if you
  choose a skill level from the value list then the skill level
  description is filled correctly.
  We expected that the description will be taken from the skill
  level value list in all cases.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  =====================
  1. Go to the Crafts application and create a new Craft: TEST,
  Description: Craft description test for skill
  2. Go to Skill Levels section and click on New Row
  3. In the Skill Level field type II (double capital i) and a
  pop-up with suggestions shows (some sort of type-ahead)
  4. Click on the first one that says II: Skill Level 2 and press
  TAB to move to the next field which is the description of the
  Skill Level.
  ISSUE: The description is the craft description above: "Craft
  description test for skill" which is not correct
  5. Click again on New Row
  6. In the Skill Level field, click on Select Value icon and
  choose III - Skill Level 3.
  The Skill Level field is now III and the description correctly
  shows as "Skill Level 3"
