APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • In Graphical Scheduling application, when user click Calculate
    Labor Hours, an error is displayed code BMXAT0804E if the work
    order accessed in the application does not have any Schedule
    Dates, duration is set to 0 hours and there is no CRAFT or
    LABORS  associated with that WO.
    
    Steps to Replicate
    1) Navigate to the Calendars application
    2) Create a new calendar with the following information:
    a. Start Date: 01/01/16
    b. End Date: 31/01/21
    3) More Actions<Apply/Define Shifts
    4) Select Day shift and click Define shift, apply to entire
    calendar
    5) Go to work Order Tracking and insert a new work order
        Do NOT enter any Schedule Dates. Ensure the WO duration is
    set to 0 hours and there is no CRAFT or LABORS
    associated with that WO.
    6) Open up the Graphical Scheduling application. Create a new
    Schedule
    with the following information:
    a. Type: WORK
    b. Start Date: 14/06/17 13:31
    c. End Date: 22/03/18 00:00
    d. Calendar: <One just created>
    e. Shifts: <Ones just created>
    f. Work Query:
    i. Data Source: WORKORDER
    ii. Query Name: My Work Order
    iii. Where Condition: wonum='wo_created_above'
    6) Navigate to Cost and Usage tab, Resource Load and
    Availability sub-tab. Click
    Calculate Labor Hours.
    RESULT: An error is displayed:
