When saving planned labor in Work Order Tracking under certain
scenarios as outlined below in scenarios a and b the following
error is encountered:

BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred. Please contact your
system administrator for assistance. Gather the logs from the
<HOME> directory and determine where and why the error is
thrown.
null

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
-----------
1 Log in to maxdemo instance
2 Go To Work Orders | Work Order Tracking
3 Common Actions | New Work Order
4 On the Plans tab | Labor tab execute the following scenarios:

a. Concurrent Labor Record Entry for the Same Task: If you
create a planned labor record and specify a craft first, and
then create a second planned labor record and specify a crew
(both entries are associated with the same task), and then save
the work order, the error message above will display.
b. Craft before Crew for the Same Task with Saves Between: If
you create a planned labor record and specify a craft first and
save, then the record saves without error. If you attempt to
create a second planned labor record and list a crew and save,
then the error message above will display.
c. Crew before Craft for the Same Task with Saves Between: If
you create a planned labor record and specify a crew first and
save, then the record saves without error. If you attempt to
create a second planned labor record and list a craft and save,
then again the record will save without error.
d. Different Tasks Crew or Craft First: The record will save
without error as long as the planned labor record with a crew
and the planned labor record with a craft are associated with
different tasks regardless of which field is populated first.

The problem is also encountered when job plans having planned
labor that will result in the same problematic scenarios are
applied to a work order via PM work order generation or by
manual entry of the job plan on a work order.
