Error description

  • In Graphical Assignment (GA) you can set up the Street Level
Routes (SLR) Cron Task to apply SLRs in the background on a
schedule that you select. In 7.6.0.9 this does not work. The
    problem is in the createSLRBasedonSKDProject
method. When it is called the where clause uses USEWITH =
GRPASSIGN but that should be RLASSIGN" which is the
new name of the GA application.
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. Create a few WO with valid Service Addresses that can be
    seen on a map.
    2. Give each WO Planned Labor.
    3. In GA create a Work List and give it a Work Query to select
    the new WO.
    4. Assign some or all of the Assignments to Labor on the
    Assignments tab.
    5. Click on Street Level Routes -> Street Level Routes Cron
Task Setup on the More Actions menu.
    6. On the Street Level Routes Cron Task Setup dialog box set
the Schedule so that the cron task runs every 2 minutes.
    7. Click OK.
    8. In a few minutes check to see if the Cron Task ran. You can
do this in the Cron Task Setup application.
    9. On the List tab look for SLRCREATION.
    10. Click on it and find the Instance for the Work List created
    above.
    11. Click on the History tab. There should be entries showing
    that it ran.
    12. Go to GA and open your Work List.
    13. On More Actions click on Street Level Routes -> Delete SLR.
    14. Click on the Detail Menu icon on the Street Level Routes
    field.
    CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
The Select SLR dialog that comes up will be empty (if no other
SLRs had been created for any Work Lists in this Maximo
    database)
    EXPECTED RESULT:
It should not be empty. You can click on Apply SLR on the
Common Actions menu to be sure that SLRs would be created.
Please give permission to create an APAR
    ENVIRONMENT (SYSTEM INFO):
    Reproduced on 7.6.0.9 and 7.6.0.8
