  • PROBLEM: Sync of Dates of Work Order Tracking and the Work View
    at Graphical Assignment is not working as it should
    Environment:
    App Server  IBM WebSphere Application Server 8.5.5.9
    Version  Tivoli's process automation engine

    Pre Conditions
    - Enable the mxe.skd.syncwodates = 1
    Steps to Reproduce
    - Go to Work Order and Add one work Order and one Task over it
    duration 2 hours
    - Add at the resource side a line for resource (Craft or Crew
    Type) 2 hours
    - Add the second line at resource and now associate with the
    task same resource (Craft or Crew Type) 2 hours
    - Now go to Graphical Assignment and create a new record
    - Setup the Project name, Calendar and Shift
    - Setup a Work Query to bring the Work Order that you created
    - Move to the Work View
    - As it open Press the Save button once the Assignment dates
    get setup
    - Now move the Task start 2 hours early as it current is
    - The dates get changed include the Main Work Order dates.
    - Save the record
    - Back to the Work Order and check the dates there
    PROBLEM: THe Schedule Start and End of the Work still with the
    initial value and not the updated one.
    EXPECT RESULT: As it get change at the Graphical Assignment
    perspective that dates should be here at the Record
    - Now change the Schedule Dates on this Work Order 3 hour early
    of the current value
    - Back to the Graphical Assignment application
    - It still showing the changed value
    - Force the Refresh
    PROBLEM: It still showing the 2 hours early as the user
    performed first. But the change can not get update on the
    Graphical Assignment record.
    EXPECT RESULT: The value should be updated as the user perform
    the Refresh
    NOTES: The record just get updated if the user duplicate the
    record.

  • Duplicate the record.
