IJ08595: AUTO ZOOM DOES NOT WORK ON ASSETS THAT HAVE AN ASSOCIATED GIS LOCATION RECORD

Error description

• STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Open Assets application.
  2. Create a new asset
  3. Give a name to it and fill the location field with a GIS
  record.
  4. Save the record.
  5. Open Map tab.
  
  Notice that the blue marker will be centered on, but zoomed
  into.
  
  
  RESULTS:
  Blue arrow gets centered, but not zoomed into.
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  Record to be zoomed into, since associated location is linked
  and has a layer with zoom level.
