  Steps to Reproduce
  
  Go to the Create Requisition application
  From the Requested By and Requested For fields click on the
  Select Value
  Select any person from the list example Liberi you will receive
  popup message "BMXAA0234E - Not a valid site"
  Click Close
  If you manually populate Liberi in the fields you do not receive
  the popup message
