Error description

  • In Graphical Assignment (GA) when an assignment is made to a
Labor whose Craft/Skill does not match that of the original
Planned Labor record the bar should turn Red right away but
instead it stays Teal colored. Presently as long as the
assignment is still selected (has the dashed lines surrounding
it) it stays Teal and only changes to Red when you click away
from the bar to un-select it. This should be changed to
as soon as the assignment bar is released on the mismatched
Labor row it should turn Red.

This change should apply to all validation colors such as green
    or yellow.

    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

    1. Create a new Labor and assign it only to Craft Elect. Put
it on Calendar = DAY and Shift = DAY.
    2. Create a new WO with Duration = 5 and give it Planned Labor
of one Elect and one Mech.
    3. Create a new Work List in GA. Calendar = DAY and Shift =
DAY (make sure Calendar = DAY has an End Date of the end of
the year and has the DAY shift applied for its entire
        length).
    4. Give the new Work List a Start Date of the first of whatever
        the next month is.
    5. Create a Work Query to select the new WO created above.
    6. Save. Click on the Assignment View tab.
    7. Click on the MECH Assignment on the Assignment tab
    8. The Labor of matching Skills will highlight and the new
Labor added above should not highlight as it is only Elect.
    9. Drag the MECH assignment down to the non-hightlighted ELECT
        row of the new Labor.
    10. It will stay Teal colored even when you finish dragging it.
It will turn RED only when you click somewhere else to
          un-select that assignment.

    CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
The bar stays Teal colored when you release it. It should
turn Red at that point so you know right away that you have a
mismatch. It will turn Red when click somewhere else but
that may not be noticeable by the user, turning Red immediately
    is the expected behavior.

    EXPECTED RESULT:

To turn the assignment bar Red immediately upon finishing the
    drag.

    ENVIRONMENT (SYSTEM INFO):

Reproduced on all versions of Scheduler including 7.6.0.9 with
    current IFix and 7.6.1.0
