IJ06875: UNABLE TO ADD CLASSIFICATION ON SPECIFICATION TAB FOR LINEAR ASSET

Error description

• When trying to add a classification on the Specification tab in
  the Asset application an error is generated at the bottom of
  the page.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1. Go To the Assets application
  2. Create Asset: TESTDF2
  Type: PRODUCTION
  Checked the Linear box
  3. Clicked Specifications tab
  On the Classification field > Select Value > Classify, scroll
  down click on PIPELINE and get errors at the bottom of the
  page
