IJ06869: NEWLY CREATED SNAPSHOTS ARE NOT BEING FLAGGED AS SNAPSHOTS IN THE MANAGE SNAPSHOTS AND SCENARIOS DIALOG BOX

Error description

• This issue occurs in Graphical Scheduling. A user is able to
  create Snapshots but they are not being flagged as Snapshots in
  the Manage Snapshots and Scenarios dialog box. It looks like the
  snapshot is being saved but it is not flagged as a snapshot
  
  Steps to replicate:
  
  1. Log in as user from MAXADMIN security group e.g. WILSON
  2. Open schedule in Graphical Scheduling application.
  3. Click Graphical View tab.
  4. Click Create Snapshot.
  5. Name the Snapshot in the Create Snapshot dialog box.
  6. Click OK button to complete the snapshot creation.
  
  RESULTS:
  Maximo saves the record and reloads the graphical view.
  
  7. Click Manage Snapshots and Scenarios.
  
  RESULTS:
  The Manage Snapshots and Scenarios dialog box displays with the
  Snapshot listed but the Snapshot check box is NOT checked as
  expected.
  Snapshot check box is read only so the user cannot select it.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  Snapshot? checkbox should be checked
