IJ06270: BUDGET LINES ARE NOT UPDATING AFTER THE FIELD LENGTH IS INCREASED.

Error description

• PROBLEM:
  In budget monitoring application, when we try to update the
  budget
  lines by clicking the "Update budget lines" in the More actions
  the
  values are not getting updated.
  
  As per our initial investigation, we have found that when the
  budget
  has only one focal point and when we try the process, the
  values are
  updating. But when the budget has more than one focal point, we
  are
  facing the issue
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1.Go to Budget monitoring application and select a budget that
  has two
  focal Points.
  2.In more actions, click Update budget lines.
  3.You can see there are no changes in the budget lines.
  4.Now take a budget that has one focal point attached to it and
  click
  update.
  You can find the values updated in all the cost fields are not
  only
  Zeros in them
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  lines not updated
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  it will update
