Error description

  • PROBLEM:
    When duplicating a Service Request, the Specifications and
    Assets are not duplicated
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. In Service Request application, create a Service Request.
    Fill in some basic information, like Reported By, Summary, etc.
    2. In the section of "Multiple Assets,Locations and CIs", hit
    "New Row" to add some Assets or Locations or Configuration
    Items.
    3. In the tab of "Specification", fill in Classication field by
    selecting Classify, and in the section Specification, hit "New
    Row" to add some attributes.
    4. Save the Service Request.
    5. Take the action of "Duplicate Service Request".
    RESULTS:
    A new Service Request record is generated. Information such as
    Reported By, Summary are duplicated from the original SR.
    However, the entries under section "Multiple Assets,Locations
    and CIs" and the specifications in Specifications tab are not
    duplicated.
    EXPECTED RESULTS:
    A new Service Request record is generated. All information from
    the original SR, including "Multiple Assets,Locations and CIs"
    and specifications in Specifications tab should be duplicated
    as the original SR.
    PRODUCT VERSION:
    Maximo Asset Management 7.6.0.9
